设计计葬460型挖掘机下传动箱固定方式的改进油建公司刘云环4,型轮式挖掘机动力传递方式是柴油机动力由离合器传给变速器,变速器以不同的挡位将动力传给上传动箱,再通过垂直传动轴传给下传动箱,下传动箱又通过前后 transmit shafts 将动力传给前后桥并带 动车轮转 动使挖掘机行走1.本机具有诸多优点,但在实际修理中,经常会遇到同问出异常响声。针对这问进行分析研究,对下 transmit shafts 固定结构提出改进设想,供有关人员参考。

Its load situation is subjected to a portion of the weight of the lower Transmit Box; subjected half of the weight of front and rear transmitting axles; subjected pre-tightening force of main drive bevel gear counterbevel axis bearing bracket on lower Transmit Box; subjected vibration impact force generated by vehicle movement; when bolts loosen, withstand vertical transmitting axial torque generated by rotating transmission axis against it.
Due to excessive forces acting on bolts while meeting functional requirements during travel process, causing elastic stretching in screws leading to loose screws, even screw failure resulting in increased clearance between main and counterbeveled gears reducing durability, increasing maintenance costs, lowering production efficiency.
To eliminate these drawbacks, this structure can consider improvements as follows: secure with specialized fasteners - 6412 bolts - main drive beveled gears' bearing brackets mounted on Chassis.
Improved design secures Lower Transmission Box Body using specialized fasteners for its entire weight plus half weights of front/rear transmitting axles plus vibrational shock loads from vehicle movement;
Secure Main Drive Beveled Gears' Bearing Bracket via specialized fasteners (612) ensuring consistent meshing gap between Main & Counter-Beveled Gears for normal operation enhancing structural reliability.
